Here’s a basic breakdown schedule: 1 week until the competition: reduce your sodium to 3500 mg day. 5 days until the competition: consume 1500 mg of sodium day. 2 days until the competition: consume 1000 mg of sodium day. 1 day until the competition: cut down to only 800 mg of sodium. by doing this, your body will efficiently shed.
